WHAT YOU NEED: Athletic clothing, water bottle, lacrosse stick, lacrosse goggles, mouthguard and cleats strongly recommended (if not sneakers are okay).

If you need to purchase, we recommend going to Bardown Lacrosse on racetrack or Academy/Dicks Sporting Goods. Contact us for recommendations or questions!
ABOUT: All players will work on individual skills, group drills and play in small sided games. Sessions will be led and coached by former BTHS Coaches/3x State Champions and Grizzlies owners Meghan Jackowiak and Joe Fanning, along with current BTHS Varsity players.
- Any girl Kindergarten through 6th grade, all levels (beginners OR experienced). We will group by age and experience.
- Any NEW 7th/8th grader (1 year experience or less)

Middle School (experienced 7th/8th)

- Includes 12+ practices (Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings) and the FCL Sunday Fall Ball league Sept 10-Oct 8.
- Possible optional tournament Nov 4-5 (Vero Beach), will include 2 additional practices Oct 14 and Oct 28
